Configuring Zoho Books
Settings: To begin configuring Zoho Books transactions within the portal, enable the collapsible main tab for the front end User by toggling on the “Billing” menu:

Toggle on or off the transaction types that your User should see and give them a custom a menu label (optional). The following relate to Default and Contact based Portal Types:

You can enable the external "Zoho Quote Link" to route the user to the native Zoho Quotes (Estimate) template.

Include the status of Zoho Books Invoices that you would like to display (the status "Signed" is not available):



Optional: select the Date Format preferred in columns and include a custom Title and Description:




Vendor based Portal Types will only have Purchase Orders available to display:



After the customizations have been made select "Update" at the bottom right.

Layout: Add custom sections, external elements and layouts by using the buttons at the top right:



The Elements available are: Banner, Text Block, Video Link and iFrame to be displayed in the List View. See this article for more information on ZPortal Elements.
