Getting Started with Zoho Workdrive



Use this integration for client document management. It gives Users the ability to view, download and upload documents to their specific Zoho Workdrive client folder. The Wordpress admin can also set up notifications and customize the email template when documents are uploaded. Note that for the Vendor Portal Type, the folders will be the individual Contact's Workdrive folder .

There are multiple ways to use Zoho Workdrive in your ZPortals Customer Portal.

Before you can start configuring Zoho Workdrive be sure to Connect Zoho Workdrive in Zoho API Settings. 


Once you have done that, you need to enable Zoho Workdrive to access the configuration settings.  
To do this go to ZPortals>Customization and find Zoho Workdrive in the Menu (may also be named My Documents).


Enable the menu option by toggling on “Show in user portal,” give the Menu Label and Menu Icon values.

The Resync All Folders button will refresh folders from Zoho Workdrive.

Once you have toggled this on, follow one of the following links to finalize your set up:


For either option you choose you will need your Team ID and Parent ID for Zoho Workdrive


Sub Folder Management

You can use the "Workdrive sub folder name" field if you would like to limit user access to a sub folder within the main client folder. Any value entered in this field will automatically create the subfolder in Workdrive:

Title and Description will display a custom title and description for the page.
