The first step in the actual set up is to authorize Zoho data on to the site. In this menu, you will select your local Zoho domain, i.e., zoho.com, zoho.eu, etc and the Portal Type. ZPortals offers three- Contact Based, Vendor Based and the most common is our Default (Account Based) portal.
Portal Type selection depends on the transactional data you may wish to show in the portal and/or the CRM lookup field relationships. See this
article for more detail. It is important to make the proper selection in order to not have to uninstall and reconfigure the portal.
Once you have made the domain and portal type selections and saved them, you can begin connecting Zoho Apps to your WordPress website. Note that the only required app is Zoho CRM.
ZPortals has a direct integration with Google Maps. When adding address fields to layouts, this integration can offer the Google Maps address suggestions to portal users.
