Customization Overview

The Customization menu of ZPortals is where the admin can manage all of the content of the portal.

Modules

The first section contains the CRM modules that were brought over when Zoho was authorized with ZPortals. Select the modules you want to enable as user menus and then scroll down and hit "Update." This will add the menus you can configure along with the other Zoho apps you enabled in "Portal Setup":





Dashboard Content

Generally, this is the first page users see upon logging in to the portal. 

Portal Menu Management

Once menus are enabled, come to this area to re-order them and create parent menus.

Public Access Settings

Create a directory using a CRM module for all website visitors.

Design

Select your branding colors for elements throughout the portal.
