Deduplicate Contacts

A requirement of ZPortals is that there can be no duplicate Contacts by email address in order for our portal to work. 

To ensure that you have no duplicate contacts follow these steps:

Go to Settings>Modules and Fields

Choose Contacts > Standard (Also recommended to do in Leads)

Click the 3 dots and choose Do not allow duplicate values. 

If you already have contacts in your CRM you will also want to run a duplication check and resolve those before inviting into the portal.  See below how to get that started.
