Parent/Child, Multi-account and Contacts

The plugin supports Zoho CRM parent / child Account relationships as well as multi-account relationships. This means that a Contact (User) can be associated to a Parent Account record in Zoho CRM and see related Child Account data in the plugin. Conversely, if a Contact is only related to a Child Account, they will not see Parent Account data.

A Contact can be associated horizontally, to various Accounts using a multi-select lookup field in Zoho CRM. 
      

Best practice is to analyze the Contact relationships in Zoho CRM first, ensure that the native Account lookup field is in use and add lookup fields on any additional Zoho CRM modules as a tie back to the Contact. To learn more about Account Based vs Contact Based Portal Types​
