Setting Up the Workflow

When you install our CRM Extension it creates a Button and Workflow that you can use to send out invites.  (Disabled by default). 

If you would like to use this workflow, go to Settings>Workflow Rules

Toggle the Workflow "Send Portal Registration Email" by clicking the button (it will turn green)

Back in the Contact record, you can click the Invite to Portal button and it will send out the invite

Alternatively, you can create your own workflow trigger to send out the email, or add it to a blueprint button etc.
