Create the Portal Page

Navigate to the Pages menu in Wordpress and select Add New at the top or in the collapsed menu:

Give the page a title and paste the copied short code [zportals] in the editor. The URL generated will be the one to input into the ZPortals Zoho CRM extension settings and can be added to a menu in WordPress. It can also be set as the home page in WordPress - Settings - Reading - Static Page.

You can use any text editor to add the shortcode.
You can choose ZPortals template under Template in the Page Settings to the right of the page edit area.
