Email Notifications
This menu contains several email templates that the admin can modify depending on the action. Best practice is to leave the merge tokens since they are pre-populated with the user information. Enter a Brand Name in the General tab in Design Settings to properly populate any token "${BRAND_NAME}."
Improved email deliverability is dependent on the WordPress mail server and certain WordPress plugins. See this link for more information.
Password Reset Email Template
An email will be sent from the plugin reflecting the template below when Users reset their own password on the login page.
Send User credential Email Template
The email tied to this template is when the WordPress admin sends the user new credentials from the User Management - All Users - Action column:
Send Email Verification Email Template
This email is sent when self registration is enabled in User Management and the user is required to verify their email. See this article for more information on the user self registration process.
Account Approved Email Template
This email is sent to the user when the WordPress admin has approved access from the self registration process:
Send Portal Invitation Email Template
This email template is seen when the WordPress admin sends the User an invite directly from the User Management - All Users - WP Users tab.
Note the merge tokens for First Name, Last Name and the URL for the reset functionality. The URL tokens should not be edited as that will direct the User to the appropriate page to reset their password.
The Add Media button allows for content from a local file, the Wordpress Media Library or a URL.
To edit the content of the email in HTML, select the Text button to the right of the body:
