Connecting Zoho CRM

In Zoho API Settings, choose your domain type in the drop down that matches your Zoho account domain, i.e. https://zoho.com for USA, https://zoho.eu for Europe, etc. We support the following Zoho domains:

- zoho.com

- zoho.com.au

- zoho.eu

- zoho.in

- zoho.com.cn

- zoho.com.jp

- crmsandbox.zoho.com

Once the Portal Type determination is made you are ready to connect and authorize the plugin to connect to each Zoho app. We start with the CRM. 

You must be logged into Zoho in the same browser as an Admin User (recommended Super Admin)

     

Note that if OTP or some security option is enabled in Zoho, it might redirect to another login page and the OTP should be disabled first to proceed with connection.
