ZPortals License and Subscription Overview

ZPortals License and Subscription Overview

ZPortals offers four plans to accommodate different tiers of portal user requirements and advanced features. See our site for more information on pricing and what is included: https://zportals.com/pricing

ZPortals subscriptions are based on the number of active users- any user that has created a password and logged in.

Each license that is installed on a WordPress site is related to the subscription plan. The total active users are totaled among sites on which the license is installed. It is ZPortals general policy that one license be installed on one site but if a staging site is launched, the total number of users will instantly be duplicated and counted against the subscription plan allowance.

Once the maximum number of users is exceeded, the ZPortals subscriber will receive email notifications encouraging an upgrade into the next plan. The upgrade can be done in the ZPortals client portal, under the "My Plans" menu:

Note* When a subscription is not paid or canceled, the license is automatically deactivated and users will no longer be able to access the portal. When a trial has expired, the license will deactivate and you will not be able to reactivate or extend the trial in the ZPortals portal. Email support@zportals.com for trial extension requests.
