Pending Users


This tab contains a list of users that completed verification but have not been added because the Auto Approve new Accounts and Users in User Management - Settings is toggled off or have a duplicate Account Name:



The Admin has the option to Add or Delete pending Users using the buttons under “Action.”



If the User puts an Account Name that already exists in your CRM (Full Name if Contact Based) the user will automatically go to Pending where you then must choose to Create a New Account and Contact or Add the user to an already existing Account.
