This occurs when the link you are trying to iframe does not allow framing.  

When this happens and you do not own the URL you are trying to iframe, your only option is to Open in a New Tab. 

If you own the URL this is happening with, check your website header settings (best to ask your developer) and make sure it allows iframing.
