
You can personalize and customize the portal in Design Settings (in the WordPress admin navigate to ZPortals>Design Settings). There are many options out of the box- let's explore each below.
The first field in the General section is the "Portal Title". This will appear at the top right of the portal for the user.
The "Brand Name" will be the name inserted in email notifications. For example, when a user resets their password.
Toggling on "Show Company Logo" will bring in the Zoho CRM logo for the record. For Default Portal Types, this will be the picture on the Account record, for Contact based Portal Types, the picture on the Contact record and for the Vendor Portal Type, the Vendor image on the Zoho CRM record.

The menu position for the user can be along the left or top for ZPortals' themes Default, Theme 1, Theme 2, Theme 3 and Theme 4:
You can set a menu width, 20% is recommended to start.
An overall portal width can be set (100% or 1380px is recommended). The scroll to the top toggle will display an arrow for the frontend portal user to quickly navigate to the top of the page.
For ZPortals installations prior to release 4.0 might see an option to toggle between "Old CSS" and "New CSS" with the drop down called "User Portal UI." This was due to a major revamp of the portal's CSS code.
Choose Your ZPortals Theme
Start by selecting an overall Theme Color on the right. This color will show on the login and registration pages and throughout the portal when the user logs in:
