Deactivating Users
From Wordpress:
To deactivate users from your Wordress Admin go to ZPortals > User Management> All Users
Select the Deactivate button to the right of the User and it will add them to the Inactive tab:
You can edit Active Users by selecting the “Details” button 
to the right of their User Role.
From Zoho CRM:
Be sure during your setup process you mapped the fields from our CRM Extension in the Settings (Users).
Once you have done this all you need to do to deactivate a user is check the Deactivate checkbox in the Contact's CRM record.
Note: This does not make changes immediately and will be applied the next time the user attempts to log in.
