Configure Zoho Workdrive
Use this integration for client document management. It gives Users the ability to view, download and upload documents to their specific Zoho Workdrive client folder. The Wordpress admin can also set up notifications and customize the email template when documents are uploaded.
Enable the menu option by selecting “Show in user portal,” give the Menu Label and Menu Icon values in General Settings:
The Team ID and the Parent Folder ID need to be populated from the URL of the folder path you intend to display within ZPortals. The Team ID will be identified in the left Workdrive menu called Team Folders. Select the folder you intend to show portal users:
Next, click into the actual URL of this page and copy and paste the ID right after "teams":
From here you will click into the "Accounts" folder (if you are using the Default portal type) and the ID at the end of the URL should be copied and pasted into the Parent ID field in ZPortals:

The next field called, "Workdrive sub folder name" can be used in the instances where you want to limit the portal user's visibility to one folder under their client (or vendor) folder. Note that inputting a value here will automatically create sub folders with the name entered in this field in all folders. It can be left empty if this does not meet your use case.
The Workdrive Folder URL and Workdrive Folder ID can be mapped to values in the CRM. Zoho admins that use the now deprecated Zoho Workdrive CRM extension can map the corresponding fields here to display account/contact specific Workdrive content:

ZPortals has added functionality to its extension to replace the old functionality. If using ZPortals' Workdrive components, there is no need to map the Workdrive Folder URL field, only the Workdrive Folder ID:
ZPortals can display Workdrive contents using the Zoho iFrame or using our API option. For use cases with high levels of security and sensitive documentation, we recommend using the API method as the Workdrive URL will not be accessible on inspect.
Note that when API method is selected, you can give the user the option to create folders under their main folder:

Give the page a custom Title and Description to show at the top of the menu page to the user:
