Configure Zoho Vault

Zoho Vault does not have a native integration with Zoho CRM and thereby, makes it unique among the Zoho apps in ZPortals. It is a standalone configuration that starts in ZPortals - Portal Setup. Enable and authorize it and head over to ZPortals - Customization - Portals Pages - Zoho Vault. 

Enable the "Show in user portal" checkbox, provide a custom label and icon. Enter the passphrase of the Zoho Vault admin in the encrypted field. The integration will not work without this passphrase:


Give the page a title and description, if desired:


The next step in this integration is to assign Vault chambers to individual users, manually. Navigate to ZPortals - User Management - All Users and select a user from the list. Select the Vault Chambers tab and set the permission for the user:


The integration should have brought over the existing chambers for you to search and assign:
