Configure Zoho Subscriptions

Allow users to directly manage their Zoho Subscriptions plans in ZPortals as long as Zoho CRM is properly integrated with the Finance Suite. After connecting Zoho Subscriptions (Billing) in ZPortals - Portal Setup, navigate to Customization - Portal Pages - Zoho Subscriptions to enable the menu. Give the parent menu a name and icon:


Allow users to cancel from the portal by selecting the "Show Cancel Button" and allow the plan image from Subscriptions to display:


Add a custom title and description to display at the top of the page:


Select the products you intend to show in the portal:


Ignore certain plans by entering the code separated by semicolons:


Finally, select the payment gateway you have integrated in Zoho Finance:
