In order to display Zoho Sign documents in ZPortals, make sure you have installed/integrated the Zoho Sign CRM marketplace extension. This integration creates a module of Signed Documents that is mapped to the Account and Contact:
In ZPortals - Portal Setup - Zoho Sign, select the checkbox and map the module, account and contact fields:
Head over to ZPortals - Customization - Portals Pages - Zoho Sign and enable the menu using the "Show in user portal" checkbox. Give it a custom menu name and icon along with a custom title/message at the top of the page, if desired:
