Configure Zoho Projects

Give portal users centralized Zoho Projects visibility into milestones, tasks and status.' 

Portal Setup

Authorize Zoho Projects and ZPortals in the WordPress admin - ZPortals - Portal Setup and select the "Authorize Zoho Projects" button:


Customization - Portals Pages

Setup Required in Zoho Projects: To link Zoho Projects to portal users, add a custom field to your Zoho Projects layout that stores the CRM record ID.
In Zoho Projects, go to Setup > Customization > Layouts > Projects.
Add a Single-Line field (e.g. "CRM Account ID" or "CRM Contact ID"):



In the WordPress admin - ZPortals - Customization - Portals Pages - Zoho Projects, enter the field's API name below and select whether it links to a CRM Account or Contact:



On each Project, populate this field with the corresponding Zoho CRM record ID:
