Configure Zoho Books

Zoho Books transactions can be displayed within ZPortals as long as Zoho CRM is properly integrated with the Finance Suite. After connecting Zoho Books in ZPortals - Portal Setup, navigate to Customization - Portals Pages - Zoho Books to enable the menu. Give the parent menu a name and icon:


A custom title and description can be entered in the next section to display at the top of the page:


The following Books transactions can be enabled within ZPortals: Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices, Retainer Invoices and Customer Payment Statements. The labels, icons and columns can be customized for each Finance sub menu. You can also filter invoice status' and define a sort order:
